Phobias, fears, panic and anxiety disorders

Phobias, fears, panic disorders and anxiety disorders are a major problem world-wide. According to the National Institute of Mental Health, anxiety disorders are the number one mental health disorder among women and second only to alcoholism among men. Fears, anxiety and phobias affect all types and ages of people. Studies done in the eighties indicated that over 28 million Americans suffer from anxiety disorders but more recent surveys suggest much higher figures; in fact, anxiety is the epidemic of this decade.

Phobias prevent people from taking better jobs, going on vacation, enjoying themselves fully and many other things. Folks with fear of dentists or fear of doctors often don't receive much needed medical care

People with phobias often feel unable to experience life fully, out of control or low self-esteem.

Stephanie (pictured above holding a wild tarantula spider) attended our training to become certified in Neuro-Linguistics, and had a phobia of insects (especially spiders). This picture tells the rest of the story. Successes like this are common place at this seminar/retreat. What can you accomplish while attending this training?
