Student Follow-Up

Immediate student feedback of training:

Students shall be given the opportunity to provide feedback regarding the instructors, material covered and other areas including effectiveness and benefits of each training program attended.

This opportunity is to be given following the completion of each course module and at the completion of program in the case of courses provided in the extended training format. In the case of the accelerated training formats, the feedback opportunities will be given at the completion of the first week, and at the completion of course/program (where applicable).

Every consideration of feedback must be given by instructors and any assistant staff to this feedback to insure the effectiveness and satisfaction of students in attendance of any Bennett / Stellar University seminar, workshop or training program.

This is information shall be stored and/or recorded in such a way that the feedback of the students can be addressed, and the information provided can be tabulated for indication of student satisfaction/dissatisfaction.

Post training feedback from students with vocational objectives:

Upon graduation students must sign a statement acknowledging that he/she seeks self-employment in a field related to the training, and that such self-employment fulfills his/her vocational and financial objectives.


Post training student feedback of training:

Students shall be given the opportunity to provide post training feedback regarding the instructors, material covered and other areas including effectiveness and benefits of each training program attended.

This opportunity is to be given no earlier than 30 days and no later than 90 days of last attended program or course module where these dates indicate completion of course work with the school. This follow-up procedure shall include all students including students that completed or have withdrawn from programs.

Every consideration of this feedback must be given by instructors and any assistant staff to insure the effectiveness and satisfaction of our students. This is information shall be stored and/or recorded in such a way that the feedback of the students can be addressed, and the information provided can be tabulated for indication of student satisfaction/dissatisfaction.

Students shall be provided feedback forms via email and/or by mail. Students will be provided a postage paid self-addressed envelope to encourage a response.

Student with vocational objectives placement and follow-up:

No earlier than 30 days of graduation students having twice signed a statement that indicates their desire for self-employment in a field related to the training must sign an additional statement acknowledging that they are making satisfactory progress in the field related to the training, and that such self-employment continues to fulfill his/her vocational and financial objectives.

To signify this, students with a vocational objective that are accepted by Bennett / Stellar University will be asked to sign the following statement three (3) times.

I _____________________________ seek self-employment in a field related to this training and that such self-employment fulfills my vocational and financial objectives.

The student will be asked to sign the above statement prior to attending the training program, after successful completion of the training, and once at least 30 days after successful completion of the training program
