We at Bennett / Stellar University
are dedicated to providing the best training experience possible
to our students. The following policies are in place to maximize
student assurance and support.
Students must have a high school diploma or an equivalent that
demonstrates their ability to benefit from the program.
Bennett / Stellar University makes a substantial effort to supply
prospective students with as much detail regarding its programs
via sales literature and school website. In addition to this,
prospective student are asked to contact the school for a consultation
interview prior to registration. This interview will help inform
us of how the prospective student intends to use the skills
taught in the course, helps the prospective student get a more
personal understanding of the material, how the material is
presented, and determine how the training will personally benefit
them. For those students planning to attend these seminars for
personal enrichment, the consultation is designed to help them
get in touch with, and clarify the issues they intend to address
in the course.
When a prospective student requests to register for one of the
programs, as much information at time of registration should
be obtained from the student as to fill the out completely the
BSU Admissions form (see BSU Admissions Form). Any information
not obtained on the initial registration shall be filled out
on the first day of class. Any questions the student might have
to the content and benefits of the program should be addressed
at the time of initial registration. A student should have a
good use of both speaking and understanding the English language.
Enrollment agreements should be filled out and signed by an
authorized representative of the school and the student prior
to the start of the program.
It is to the advantage of the student to come to the courses
with an open mind and desire to learn and participate. Students
are expected to treat other students with respect, and remember
that anything discussed in the course is confidential and may
not be discussed with anyone outside of the training.
The School reserves the right to terminate any student who
fails to show satisfactory use of the skills presented; maliciously
destroys or damages School property; engages in unlawful or
conduct contrary to the interest of the School, or conduct that
reflects poorly or discredits the School, or for nonpayment
of tuition.
If a terminated student has prepaid courses, the refund policy
will reflect any compensation due to the student for unused
class time.
A terminated student may be readmitted if the director is convinced
no further incidents will occur. A student will be terminated
and not be readmitted if found to have violated another student's
confidentiality.
Each student attending any of the seminars offered would be
taught the skills that will enable them to either make dramatic
personal strides in their life and/or become a proficient and
highly effective practitioner of the skills presented. Should
a student and/or instructor feel that the student is not learning
the material presented, the student may withdraw from the course.
The refund policy will reflect any compensation due to the student
for unused class time. A student previously dismissed for unsatisfactory
progress may reenter at a future date, if they feel they can
now successfully complete the program.
