If you are like most people, you don't
take full advantage of the power of your unconscious mind and it is simple to do so. It is simply
a matter of instructing your mind to perform a task. The goal you ask it to accomplish will be achieved unless your unconscious mind believes that something is more important. If this should happen consider attending a
Bennett/Stellar University seminar and we will help you overcome this. (Well come now, we can't put every answer in this little space :) ).
What kind of things can you accomplish? Just about anything you can think of.
We spend a lot of our time on this earth sleeping so why not take advantage of this time to program yourself to accomplish
your goals while you are a sleep. To do this, just before you go to sleep, you simply give your mind commands. And while you are sleeping, dreaming
and thinking about other things, your powerful unconscious mind can start putting the programs in place that
will accomplish these instructions.
Let's experience the possibilities with something simple. Tonight just before you are a sleep, program yourself to wake up at a specific time. If you want to really test it, pick a time you wouldn't normally wake up.
Now lets go back to sleeping.
Now practice this as if you are just about to go to sleep. Just pretend you are in your bed and you
are about to go asleep. Think about this for a minute. What would you being doing, thinking, and feeling if you were just about to fall asleep. Imagine this completely as if it is happening now.
As you pretend you are lying in your bed. In your mind, imagine a clock. notice the current time on your internal clock. (Not having a easy time, simply pretend that this clock exists) Then set the clock's hands to the time you will like to awaken. If you use an alarm clock, set your internal alarm clock to wake up a minute before the time you know this alarm will go off.
Tell your unconscious mind that it should wake you up at the desired time feeling refreshed and ready to go. You can also put other commands in there at the same time- like goals you want your mind to accomplish while also doing this.
For example, pretend that you are about to go to sleep again. Take these steps slowly and completely. 1. Imagine your clock. 2. Notice the time. 3. Adjust the hands to the time you want to arise. 4. Then say to yourself something like "when I awake I will sign up for one of
Bennett / Stellar's seminars." (: sorry, I tried to resist but couldn't :) or something else that you want to do.
Now, when you fill in the form below, we will let you know about other helpful tips like this, seminar updates, and other neat info.
